Demonstrating our confidence in our exceptional work, we offer a lifetime guarantee on craftsmanship for all installations. Premier HVAC's equipment also includes a 10-year parts warranty from the manufacturer. To maintain this warranty, annual equipment maintenance is required. We provide Maintenance Agreements and Plans for your convenience to ensure these yearly maintenance obligations are fulfilled.
While we stand behind our workmanship on all installations, we are unable to provide parts warranties for third-party equipment. We recommend consulting your equipment manufacturer for warranty specifics.
For additional peace of mind, you have the option to purchase a 10-year Labor Warranty for an extra fee, which varies by manufacturer. Quoted prices for furnaces and air conditioners include this option, though it remains optional.
If you are purchasing a new home with HVAC services provided by Premier HVAC, please contact our office directly within 60 days of your closing date to register your equipment for warranty. Documentation confirming the closing date must be provided. Additional labor warranties can also be purchased during this period, with pricing dependent on the equipment manufacturer.

Should additional labor be necessary due to any fault in our workmanship, we will rectify the issue at no extra charge to you. This guarantee becomes effective only after full payment has been made and excludes materials, equipment, manufacturer's items, or damages beyond our control, such as windstorms, hail, fire, ice, lightning, or other acts of nature. Our exclusive lifetime guarantee aims to offer you the added peace of mind you deserve. Simply raise any concerns during your scheduled preventative maintenance, and we will gladly address them.
